We will oversee the complete project from buying the land, obtaining planning permission, designing and drawing up your villa plans, construction supervision to landscaping the garden and constructing your swimming pool.
We can take the headache out of searching and choosing a plot and the use design, in the area of Porto Heli and Ermioni where we have plots of land ready to be developed. We will be happy to take you round to show you various plots with stunning views, show you the models/plans and finished houses of the available designs that can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
